Wuthering Waves 3.7 Livestream Start Time & Codes
Wuthering Waves 3.7 livestream start time is scheduled for Friday, May 15, 2026, at 19:00 (UTC+8), with redemption codes typically released during the broadcast. You can watch the stream on the official Wuthering Waves YouTube and Twitch channels, and the codes are usually valid for about 24 hours after the stream ends.
What the 3.7 Livestream Covers
The 3.7 livestream, officially called the “Version 3.7 Special Program,” is the developer’s main pre-release event. It typically runs for 30 to 45 minutes and reveals the upcoming patch’s new Resonators, weapons, story quests, and quality-of-life improvements. For 3.7, the stream is expected to showcase the new playable character and the next chapter of the main storyline, along with a preview of the new map area or event gameplay.
Kuro Games usually structures the broadcast into three segments: a story trailer, a gameplay showcase for the new Resonators, and a developer Q&A or roadmap discussion. The final segment is where the redemption codes are traditionally displayed on screen, so viewers need to watch until the end or keep a screenshot ready.
Confirmed Start Time by Region
The official start time is 19:00 (UTC+8), which is China Standard Time. Because the game is global, this one time converts to different local times. Here are the common conversions:
- Pacific Time (US): 4:00 AM (PDT) on May 15
- Eastern Time (US): 7:00 AM (EDT) on May 15
- British Summer Time (UK): 12:00 PM (BST) on May 15
- Central European Summer Time: 1:00 PM (CEST) on May 15
- India Standard Time: 4:30 PM (IST) on May 15
- Japan Standard Time: 8:00 PM (JST) on May 15
If you are in a region that observes daylight saving time differently, double-check the UTC offset. The stream is simultaneous, so there is only one broadcast time, not separate regional streams.
How Redemption Codes Work
Redemption codes are short alphanumeric strings, usually 12 to 16 characters long, that grant in-game currency or items. For 3.7, the codes are expected to give Astrite (the premium currency), shell credits, and upgrade materials. To redeem a code, you must be at Union Level 2 or higher and have finished the tutorial.
You can redeem codes in two ways:
- In-game: Go to the Settings menu, select “Account,” then choose “Redeem Code.” Type the code exactly as shown, including dashes and capitalization.
- Official website: Visit the Wuthering Waves official site, log in with your account, and navigate to the “Redeem Code” page. This method works even if you are not currently logged into the game client.
Codes are case-sensitive but do not contain the letters O or I to avoid confusion with zero and one. If a code does not work, check for typos first, then confirm you are using the correct regional server.
Typical Codes Released for 3.7
While the exact 3.7 codes are not known before the stream, Kuro Games follows a consistent pattern. Each Special Program releases three codes, usually labeled with a version prefix. For example, past codes have looked like WUTHERING3X or WUWAXXXXX. The codes are displayed one at a time on screen for about 10 seconds each.
Because the codes expire quickly, the community often posts them in real time on social media and Discord servers. If you miss the on-screen display, check the official Wuthering Waves X (Twitter) account or the game’s official Discord within an hour of the stream ending. The codes are typically valid for 24 hours from the stream start, so redeeming them the next day may fail.
Common Problems and Solutions
Players frequently run into issues when redeeming codes. The most common problem is entering the code on the wrong server. A code redeemed on the Asia server will not work on the Europe or America server. Always log into the same server where you play your main account.
Another frequent issue is the “Code Already Used” error. This means the code was redeemed on your account previously, even if you do not remember doing it. Codes are single-use per account, and there is no way to redeem them twice. If you get an “Invalid Code” error, the code may have expired or been mistyped. Double-check for zero vs. the letter O and one vs. the letter I.
Finally, if the code is valid but the reward does not appear in your mailbox, restart the game client. Rewards are sent to the in-game mailbox and can take up to 15 minutes to arrive. If they still do not appear, submit a support ticket through the official website.
How to Watch the Livestream
The stream is hosted on the official Wuthering Waves YouTube channel and the official Twitch channel. You do not need an account to watch, but you do need to be logged in to redeem codes during the stream if the developer uses a Twitch drop system. For 3.7, Kuro Games has not announced Twitch drops, so the primary method remains the on-screen codes.
If you cannot watch live, the VOD will be available on YouTube immediately after the stream ends. However, the codes are only shown during the live broadcast, so you will need to find the codes from a community summary if you watch the replay later. Many content creators compile the codes into a pinned comment or a short video within minutes of the stream ending.
Frequently Asked Questions
What time is the Wuthering Waves 3.7 livestream in my timezone?
The stream starts at 19:00 UTC+8 on May 15, 2026. To convert to your timezone, subtract your UTC offset from 19:00. For example, if you are in UTC-4, the stream starts at 11:00 AM on May 15. Use a timezone converter with the exact UTC+8 time to avoid mistakes.
How long are the 3.7 codes valid?
Codes from the Special Program are typically valid for 24 hours from the time they are shown on stream. Some codes have lasted up to 48 hours, but you should redeem them within the first day to be safe. After expiration, the codes become invalid and cannot be used.
Can I redeem 3.7 codes on multiple servers?
No. Each code can only be redeemed once per account, and the reward is tied to the server where you redeem it. If you play on both the Asia and America servers, you must choose one server for the code. You cannot use the same code on a second server.
What rewards do the 3.7 codes give?
Based on previous version codes, the 3.7 codes are expected to give a total of around 300 Astrite, plus some upgrade materials and shell credits. The exact amounts are not confirmed until the stream. The Astrite is enough for about two pulls on the gacha banner.
Do I need to watch the whole stream to get the codes?
Yes, the codes are shown near the end of the stream, usually in the last five minutes. If you close the stream early, you will miss them. You can leave the stream open in a background tab and check back at the 30-minute mark to catch the codes.
Why is my code not working on the first try?
The most common reason is that the code has already expired, especially if you are trying to redeem it the day after the stream. Another reason is a typo, so copy the code from a reliable source rather than typing it manually. Finally, confirm you are on the correct server before submitting.
