All Raid Bosses in Blox Fruits (Full List)
This article lists every raid boss currently available in Blox Fruits, along with the raid they appear in, their recommended level, and the rewards they drop. You’ll also learn how raids work, how to unlock them, and common mistakes players make when fighting these bosses.
What Are Raid Bosses?
Raid bosses are powerful enemies that appear at the end of Raids, a special game mode in Blox Fruits unlocked after reaching level 1100 and talking to the Mysterious Scientist on the Castle on the Sea. Each raid has a theme based on a specific element (Flame, Ice, Dark, etc.) and ends with a boss that has significantly more health and damage than normal enemies. Defeating the boss grants you a Fragments reward and a chance to obtain a God’s Chalice, which is used to summon the Dough King.
Complete List of Raid Bosses
As of the current game version, there are 10 raid bosses, one for each raid. Each boss has a recommended level equal to the raid’s recommended level, and they all share the same basic AI pattern: they chase you, use area attacks, and summon adds when their health drops below a certain threshold.
- Flame Raid Boss – Magma Admiral (Recommended Level: 1100) – Drops: Fragments, God’s Chalice (rare)
- Ice Raid Boss – Ice Admiral (Recommended Level: 1100) – Drops: Fragments, God’s Chalice (rare)
- Dark Raid Boss – Dark Admiral (Recommended Level: 1100) – Drops: Fragments, God’s Chalice (rare)
- Light Raid Boss – Light Admiral (Recommended Level: 1100) – Drops: Fragments, God’s Chalice (rare)
- Rumble Raid Boss – Rumble Admiral (Recommended Level: 1100) – Drops: Fragments, God’s Chalice (rare)
- Magma Raid Boss – Magma Admiral (Recommended Level: 1100) – Drops: Fragments, God’s Chalice (rare)
- Buddha Raid Boss – Buddha Admiral (Recommended Level: 1100) – Drops: Fragments, God’s Chalice (rare)
- Dough Raid Boss – Dough Admiral (Recommended Level: 1100) – Drops: Fragments, God’s Chalice (rare)
- Dragon Raid Boss – Dragon Admiral (Recommended Level: 1100) – Drops: Fragments, God’s Chalice (rare)
- Spider Raid Boss – Spider Admiral (Recommended Level: 1100) – Drops: Fragments, God’s Chalice (rare)
Note that the Magma Admiral appears in both the Flame and Magma raids. The Dragon Admiral was added in Update 20, and the Spider Admiral in Update 24. All raid bosses are level 1100, regardless of the raid’s recommended level.
How to Unlock Raids
Raids are not available from the start. You must first reach level 1100, then travel to the Castle on the Sea (located in the Second Sea). There, you’ll find the Mysterious Scientist NPC who sells Raid Chips for 100,000 gold each. You can buy a chip for any raid you have unlocked (all are unlocked by default once you reach level 1100). To start a raid, talk to the Scientist while holding a chip, and you’ll be teleported to the raid lobby.
How Raid Boss Fights Work
Each raid has a time limit of 20 minutes. You must defeat waves of enemies, and after clearing all waves, the boss spawns. The boss has a large health pool and can deal heavy damage, so it’s recommended to have at least 2-3 players. The boss’s attacks are telegraphed with a red flash, so you can dodge with Flash Step (double-tap space). When the boss reaches 50% health, it summons a few minions; when it reaches 25%, it becomes enraged and attacks faster. Defeating the boss gives you:
- Fragments – The primary currency for upgrading weapons and buying certain items. The amount scales with the raid difficulty (Normal gives 250, Advanced gives 500, Expert gives 1000).
- God’s Chalice – A rare drop (about 5% chance) used to summon the Dough King in the Third Sea.
Common Mistakes and Tips
Many players try to solo raids with a low level or a fruit that isn’t suitable. Here are common pitfalls:
- Not bringing enough food – You can’t heal outside of battle, and the boss can two-shot you if you’re not careful. Bring at least 10-20 Meat or better.
- Using the wrong fighting style – Some styles like Water Kung Fu are weak against certain bosses. Use a style with high damage and knockback.
- Ignoring the timer – The 20-minute timer is strict. If you die, you respawn but lose time. Focus on killing the boss quickly, not on looting.
- Not using Instinct – Instinct (V) lets you see the boss’s attack flash, making it easier to dodge. Activate it before the boss fight.
Raid Boss Rewards and Uses
The main reward is Fragments, which you need for:
- Upgrading weapons to their final form (e.g., Saber to True Triple Katana).
- Buying the God’s Chalice (if it drops, you can also sell it for 1,000,000 gold).
- Purchasing the Rumble and Dough fruits from the raid shop (requires 5,000 and 10,000 fragments respectively).
The God’s Chalice is essential for summoning the Dough King, which drops the Dough fruit and the Dough V2 upgrade. Without it, you cannot access the Dough King fight.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you solo a raid boss?
Yes, it’s possible but very difficult. You need a high-level character (1500+), a good fruit like Dough or Buddha, and excellent dodging skills. Most players solo with Buddha because it reduces damage taken by 50% and increases melee damage. It’s much easier with 2-3 players.
What is the easiest raid boss?
The Flame Raid boss is generally considered the easiest because its attacks are slow and telegraphed. The Dark Raid boss is also manageable. The hardest is typically the Dough Raid boss because it has a large area attack that covers the whole arena.
How many fragments do you get per raid?
You get 250 fragments on Normal difficulty, 500 on Advanced, and 1000 on Expert. The difficulty is chosen when you buy the chip (Normal is free, Advanced costs 50,000 gold, Expert costs 100,000).
Can you get a God’s Chalice from any raid?
Yes, every raid boss has a chance to drop a God’s Chalice, but the drop rate is low (roughly 5%). Some players report higher chances on Expert difficulty, but that is not confirmed.
Do raid bosses drop fruits?
No, raid bosses do not drop fruits. They only drop Fragments and occasionally a God’s Chalice. You can buy specific fruits (Rumble, Dough, etc.) from the raid shop using Fragments.
What level should I be to do raids?
The minimum level to enter raids is 1100, but to comfortably defeat the boss, you should be at least level 1500 with a good build. For Expert raids, level 2000+ is recommended.
